How the hell do I start my syphon?!

ok...  here's a simple pictorial answer:

      Assemble your rack and fill kit (minus the bottling tip) / Cup hand around faucet and fill the tubing with h2o, driving out all the air until it looks like this:

 Drop into both vessels at the same time, gently setting the black cap at the end of the racking cane

into the sediment on the bottom of the primary fermenter.

Syphon gently, avoiding excessive splashing. Repeat the process with bottling tip to fill bottles.

Done Deal.
