The hosts of our stores are John and Patty Cormier, and Gabriel Zacchai. You'll find John and Patty at our new Farmington location. They have been brewing beer and wine for over 15 years, love the craft, love getting new brewers started, and love learning from other brewers.  We don't pretend to know it all, but will help you in anyway we can to get you started or to finesse your skills.  Gabe has been brewing beer for over 15 years, has attended courses at the American Brewer's Guild, taught numerous instructional classes, at all levels, as well as BJCP prep. He and his family are living above the Farmingdale store and are eager to help you, wherever you may be in the learning process.  

We started the store because we had a hard time finding supplies in the Central Maine Area.  We have been in business for 6 years now and are still learning new things.  We work hard to have plenty of fresh stock available while offering the best customer service to our clients.  You know the feeling you get when you go into a huge box store and can't find anyone that can help you or answer your questions?  Well, that won't happen here, no sirree, we are a small shop and are all about helping you out with getting comfortable with brewing.
